Refund & Returns Policy

At ThinkLuka, your satisfaction matters, If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-returnable items

• Opened hygiene items( e.g wipes, personal-care products)
• Clearance or sale items.
• Perishable goods.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• Email us within 48 hours at support@lukaventures.co.za with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective.
